When they say it's bold they mean it. I was expecting something very mellow but it has a solid kick. Definitely start with a teaspoon first. The taste is everything it says on the box and more ; rich, bold, nutty, woody, earthy, autumnal, take your pick. A bit expensive but then it justifies the price. It will definitely be a steady part of my coffee shelf!

Very easy to make, very delicious. This coffee is also very light on the stomach, could use a bit more vanilla taste though.
